1 General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 5jeta platform ("Platform", "Website", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). These Terms apply to all services, products, offers, and activities provided through 5jeta.

The 5jeta platform is committed to providing a safe and trusted online gaming experience for users in Bangladesh. All our operations are conducted in accordance with SSL encryption and fair play principles.

If any provision of these Terms is violated, 5jeta reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Only one account per person is permitted. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is a serious violation of these Terms.

• The name and details provided at registration must match your identity documents
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

5jeta may verify your identity through a national ID card, birth certificate, or passport. This is necessary to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment.

3 Account Management and Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly
• Always log out after using a public device
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is prohibited
• Betting or playing on behalf of another person is not permitted

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 5jeta is ৳200. You may use the following methods to make a deposit:

• Minimum deposit for each method: ৳200
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes
• Deposited funds can only be withdrawn through the same registered payment method used for the deposit
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount on 5jeta is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Before withdrawing, the deposited amount must have been wagered at least once (excluding bonuses)
• Additional verification may be required in cases of suspicious activity
• Large withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5jeta offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Complying with the specified terms and conditions is mandatory to receive this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met
• There may be a maximum bet limit when using a bonus balance
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically permitted
• 5jeta reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time

5.3 VIP Program

5jeta has four VIP tiers that provide players with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Promotion to a VIP tier is determined based on a player's regular participation and activity. Weekly cashback is paid out at a set time each week.

6 Game and Betting Rules

The 5jeta platform offers slot games, live casino, cricket betting, football betting, and many other types of games. Each game or betting section has its own rules, which are displayed within the game itself.

6.1 General Game Policy

• All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles
• Game outcomes depend on real-time data and a Random Number Generator (RNG)
• If a game is interrupted due to a network issue, a complaint can be submitted through the contact section
• In the event of any technical error, the decision of 5jeta is final

6.2 Sports Betting

Before betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA and SAFF), kabaddi, and other sports, please read the specific rules of the relevant betting section.

7 Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5jeta platform and will result in permanent account closure, and all balances may be forfeited:

• Opening multiple accounts or collecting bonuses through multiple members of the same household
• Using any kind of bot, script, or automation software
• Hacking or unauthorized access to the game system or software
• Chargebacks or payment fraud
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Harassment or threats toward other users
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Participating in match fixing or organized fraud

8 Responsible Gaming

5jeta believes that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial problems. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

• Set your weekly or monthly betting limits
• You may request a temporary account suspension if needed
• If you notice signs of problem gambling, please contact us

11 Limitation of Liability

5jeta will not be held liable for any loss arising from the following causes:

• Internet disconnection or technical errors beyond 5jeta's control
• Loss caused by the user's own mistakes or negligence
• Unforeseen events or uncontrollable circumstances (Force Majeure)
• Technical errors from third-party game providers

12 Account Suspension and Closure

5jeta reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions
• Registering with false information or concealing identity
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities
• Extended inactivity (beyond the specified period)

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure (and no breach of terms has been proven), withdrawal of that balance may be permitted. Contact our support team for more details.

You may also close your account at any time by submitting a request to our support team.

13 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between 5jeta and a member, an amicable resolution will first be attempted through mutual discussion. Please contact our support team to submit a complaint.

If a member remains unsatisfied after 5jeta's final decision, independent mediation may be sought.

14 Changes to Terms and Conditions

5jeta reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be informed of significant changes via a notification in their account or by email.
